How to Order
Terms & Condition
"Make it simple..Make it fun" Not only we provide our customers from our own design, but we also available for made to order from customers design. Apply to medium and large volume of order.
1. Minimum Order
We make custom orders from small to large and some items are stock available. However stocks are limited. If stocks are not available, you can order normal sarong stripe by specific on the color you wish. And for traditional Thai stripe, you can choose 3 kind of stripe (small, medium, large) with 6 Colors (see in Fabric Sample). We promise to deliver the best style of Thai sarong for you. We can also send the picture of fabric stripe for you to view via email before order will be complete.
2. Price
All prices listed are based on F.O.B. Bangkok.
3. Certificate available
a. Certificate of Origin, Certificate fee US$25.00
b. If the country of destination requires an import licence or other permit for import of our merchandise, it is your responsibility to obtain such license and permit at your expense.
c. There may be specific country duties and taxes imposed on your order that are not reflected in our prices. You are fully responsible for any tax and duties chargeable by your local governments on the goods purchased from us. Please check with your local customs office for details.
4. Sample and Special Product Designed
a. Custom designs are welcome. All development expenses, including product design and sample development are at customers expense.
b. All product development work must be paid in advance.
c. Sample will be delivered by courier or parcel post and all costs incurred are to be paid by customer.
5. Size and Colour Variation
- Sizes and colours variation on our website may vary. We reserve the right to make any and all changes with out prior notice. But for medium - large amount of order, customers may able to create their own size and design.
6. Payment
We accept the following 3 methods of payment :
- if you are in Thailand, we can do cash on delivery (COD). Cash Deposit 50% of the total amount of order is needed for an advance payment when order is confirmed. The balance must be paid by Cash or T/T in full amount before delivery.
- if you are oversea, we can do telegraphic transfer (T/T), a T/T of 50% of the total cost of order is require at time of order placement
- Paypal

7. Lead Time
a. If stock available items; delivery within 7 working days after fully payment is received.
b. Made to order; delivery within 30-45 days.
Normal delivery to be made within 30-45 days depends on product's category after receipt of the T/T or final sample approval. However, the period can be changed subject to the volume of each order or any unforeseen circumstances.
8. Standards Packing
Each item come in an Individual poly bag and bulk packed in 4-ply corrugated carton. Special packing is available upon request at additional cost.
9. Shipment Mode
Shipment is made by courier (Air or Sea) as per customer’s requested, with all cost to be paid by the customer.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy and have taken all necessary steps to ensure that your privacy is protected.
